These docs, pdfs, and ebooks have been gathered far and wide across the internet. Many of them I do not recall where I found them. Most of the files give credit to the author and have site info. If you created one of these files and did not give proper credit to yourself, please email me and let me know so I can credit you direct. The same goes if you would like your content removed from my site. There is no reason to get lawyers involved and make things messy. To my readers, do not presume that I have created any of these files unless I directly credit myself with creation.
